Short Bio
                        Andrea Marchesini was born in Verona in December 1973, he signes his works  with the pseudonym of “Hyde” and he comes from a family that works on art and culture
He finished his studies achiving a  scientific degree,  meanwhile he used to attend  artists' studios .
In '92 during a trip to Amsterdam he was really impressed by  paintings of Van Gogh and by the revolutionary use of his brushstroke.
He Joined the Low University of Ferrara but quite soon he walked away to join permanently his artistic career.
He lived in London for six years, attending museums and art shows in particolar he was fascinated by  the modernity of Turner with his paintings of pure light at the Tate Gallery  that brought him back to his old passion, " the light and the color of the Venetians " .
He lived two more years in Dublin visiting wild places with signs of cultures that will be the base for his painting series : "Traces " and "City of Silence " Apparitions mixed with lumps , cracks, craters , fingerprints, stratifications  that cross days, years , centuries, millennia ,  atmospheres of a multicultural and multiethnic world , places and symbols that are part of the human journey , where, however,  man is  banned , and the nature claims everything he had mortified , building new life .
In Barcelona he cames  up against the work of Miro and his coloristic world that influenced  his paintings very much.
He lived and worked in Rome from 2003 to 2006 , now he works in his “Atelier” in Barbarano Vicentino via De Gasperi corner Via Roma , going from a style abstract informal Baroque " Cosmic Dynamism " to another much more abstract with a dynamic color in constant evolution "Connections" .
